PRODUCTION INFORMATION :
Product material : Made of Mahogany, Mindi, Teak, Rattan and other wood are available
Design : We have our own design or regular design.
But we also do customize.
Most of our production are customer’s design as customer requested.
Standard dry wood (MC) : 12% to 14% for big items and thick wood
8% to 12% for the chair or small items.
Treatment : Before finishing we do treatment for worm using chemical.
Finishing material : Melamine, NC (Neutru Cellulose), PU, Water Base, Teak Oil and
other requested are available.
Finishing Category : 1. Varnish : All surface polished in Natural color such as mahogany
color, salak color, pecan color and others color.
- Painted : All surface polished in one color paint such as all white
or black or could be polished body and molding in
different color.
- Partially Gold/Silver : Some surface polished in black, cream or paint
color and Partially in the molding put the gold
or silver. Inside Paint or varnish.
- Full Gold/Silver : All outer surface full gold or full silver.
Inside paint or varnish.
